Modern Art: Transformations

Hey Jammers, Mia here. Once again, long time no post. Anyway, today I was in the Art Studio (within Coral Canyons), and decided to make a few pieces of art. I call these "Modern Art Transformations" because, after creating one piece, I decided to completely smudge it. 

 Above is the 'first draft'. I randomly started applying squares to the blank canvas, and then dumped colored paint in random places.

Here is the 'second draft', in which I sent to AJHQ. I used the smudge option, and, going a bit over-the-top, smudged the entire thing. xD I also added the "Animal Jam Rocks!" for good measure, though my computer handwriting is absolutely TERRIBLE. lol

Anyway, sorry I haven't posted very much lately. I still like art, and I hope that Chi (Bluecat722) still reads this blog, but I have been swamped in school and gymnastics. Luckily, however, I got out of school yesterday, so now it's Summer! YES! Summer is just as stressful, if not more, as the school year, though. Meet season in gymnastics is coming to a close, but we still have Regionals (which are tomorrow), Nationals, and Worlds (If I qualify at Regionals). I'm really excited for all of the upcoming meets, however, I have to dedicate most of my free time to gymnastics and practicing routines. 

Though I highly doubt that I still have any readers on this blog, I hope that you understand my situation. :)

Colors

Hey Jammers! Wow. Haven't posted in a few years. Yikes. Sorry everyone (if anyone actually still reads this, lol). On AJ today, I was bored and started to mess around with the various brushed in the Paint game, and this was the result:

I know it is rather abstract, weird, and terrible, but I felt like I owed this blog a post. Anyway, recently I have been drawing more gymnastics inspired art-- would you be interested in seeing me post some of it? 

Sadly, that is all the time I have today to post here. :( I have a gymnastics meet tomorrow, so I need to go prepare for that. Bye everyone!

Fail horse drawing

Summer art stuff... :P

Hey Jammers! Today I have some random art that I have done over the past couple of months. Now I don't think it is very good, but here it is. xD

 First, I have a chalk drawing of a rainbow. My worst yet. Lol. It's (sort of) a rainbow. More epic fail-ish on my part. :P

 Next... I got new pastels! Well, I got them from a family friend of my grandparents. His wife died and he thought I would like these pastels that she used to use. So now I have pastels! :)

 Here are all of them. Aren't they pretty? :D

 And finally I have a impatient plant (Yes, that is actually what the flower is called. LOL) and I decided to draw it. It's this very vibrant pink/red color... I could not get it in colored pencil. I will most definitely use my new pastels next time. Sorry, not very good art this time (and not much art! :P) but I hope you enjoyed! Btw, I just want to thank Ilovecutechihuahuas for commenting on here so much! She one of my BFF's in AJ! :DD

A horse :)

 Kind of looks like a Camel LOL. I just drew a body (I was going to draw my pet cat on AJ), and then I'm like, that looks more like a horse/donkey/deer. So I made a weird looking head that looks like a camel...So a camel/horse? Lol :3

Drawing a cat (speedpaint)

 Here is the finished speed paint. The original video was 25 minutes and 36 seconds. Let's just say, I hope I did good ^.^  .

 Here is the finished product! Please click for full size, You cant see the detail how it is...If your wondering why I put an orange star, that is Beetle Juice. At a science camp I recently went to, I learned a lot about astronomy. Astronomy is pawsome! The stars are so clear in the mountains! Here in the city we don't get that :I. I wish we did though! :)

 I just quickly wanted to show yout his drawing I made of the new raccoon's in AJ--btw, I will post about that on AJIK soon ^.^   . Anyways, I hope you like my drawing. I submitted it to AJHQ, and also plan on sending it to Spirit Art :3. Peace out Jammers! :)

 Yes....I made the picture above using paint. How I did it was take a screenshot, crop it, put it into MS paint, then traced and colored the whole thing. Merry Christmas!

Bubbles/circles

 Just a simple thing I made in google drive. I've never used it before. I think it works pretty well. But, you cant draw free-hand! So, for that reason, I'm not to hip on it. I hope you like it. (Did anyone notice that my snow leopard is in the middle of the big bubble!?!!?!?!?!?). Happy Holidays! I made a couple of Holiday-themed art that I will post on here :)

Random Peace sign made with MS paint

 Just a random peace sign I made in MS paint. It was supposed rto be for a school project, but it didn't really work out :\. I was testing the water color brush in MS Paint.

 A couple of weeks ago, (I forgot to post about it,) I made this picture of a Golden Retriever. I hope you like it! :)

My very very VERY hard work

 Yes...I know you might be like "Well, that looks easy". I don't have an apple computer, with all of those awesome fancy graphics >.< . I have a windows XP, and I used my dad's window 7 to make this.......How I made it was I took a screenshot on my bunny in AJ, then I cropped around my bunny, I went into MS paint, I erased all around my bunny (That really doesn't sound hard, but it took me like.....2 hours ^.^), then I did the paint bucket thing, and I poured the dark green color onto the white part, then voila! ;D! I don't know exactly why I'm putting this on my art blog.....Because it's pretty much just a picture..... :P. No bad or mean comments please!

More posts coming soon! I was out sick of school this week (Most of this week) and I did art for about half a day! Npt to say it turned out good....xD

Okay, so here is the art I promised you yesterday.......A random design! :P

A girl doing Gymnastics

 Yet another piece of art drawn by me! A girl doing (attempting X3) to do a walk-over! :D. I was going to make it on a balance-beam.....But I didn't.....I don't know why I didn't......I just didn't......*Long pause*...o_____o.......I think I did a good human (considering I usually draw stick people XD). She kind-of looks like me o.O . I guess I was making me....o.0. And the next art-piece I'll save for tomorrow! Plus, I have a ton more to show you as well! I will also show you the inspiration for my first story-blog, Misty the Horse! I remember that.......Good memories :)......
